We are excited to announce Bellot Ensemble will be performing at St George's Hanover Square on the 23rd of November at 7:30pm for the London Handel Festival! We will be playing with outstanding singers and instrumental soloists
alike to celebrate St Cecilia's Day with Handel's joyous Ode!
Alongside Handel's Ode we will be returning to the Telemann Cantata "Erklingt Durch Gedoppelt Annehmliche Tone" which we premiered at St Mary at Hill for
the finale of our Telemann 250th anniversary concert series there. We will also be revisiting Telemann's "Suave" Concerto for Bass Viol in A Major, performed by
Harry Buckoke!
Additionally, we are extremely happy to be joined by Julien Van Mellaerts winner
of the first prize at the 2017 Wigmore Hall/Kohn Foundation International Song Competition. Julien will be performing both Handel's "How Willing My Paternal Love" and "Del minacciar del vento si ride" Bass arias with the ensemble.
For our finale Singers Elin Harries, Amy Lyddon and Daniel Thomson will join
Julien and Bellot Ensemble for Handel's Ode for St Cecilia's Day.
